3. How soon will I get an answer from my inquiry?

4. How long does it take to get an estimate of the job from your company?
Depending on the complexity of the project, some estimates can be given on the same day as the inquiry others can take time to gather all information.

5. Who is the person that contacts me after my inquiry?
Either the CEO, Fred Davis, or a licensed and certified contractor within the company will contact you after you make your inquiry and arrange to give you an estimate.

6. What does an estimate cost?
There are no charges whatsoever for an estimate given.

7. What are my pre-construction costs?
There is usually little or no charge before construction. However, projects requiring specialized items such as cabinets, roof, wall, or specialty tiles require a deposit before construction.

8. How can I be sure the completion date on the estimate will be met.
Our company takes great pride in being able to complete a project on time and on budget; testimonies from previous clients attest to this. However, some projects can have unforeseen problems that could delay the project. Homeowners/clients are immediately made aware of any unforeseen problems that might occur and how our company is going to overcome the problem and how long that might take.

9. Who does the actual construction on a project?
All Jacksonville construction projects are carefully scheduled by Davis & Associates with specialized contractors who are qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured. All Jacksonville contractors working on a Davis & Associates project are ones who have previously completed projects for the company.

10. Do you handle the proper permitting?
Yes. Plans and engineering must be done in order to submit any request for a permit and our company will help the client complete these if they have not been done. We also prepare any paperwork necessary for a client to go before an Architectural Review Board if they belong to a Homeowner's Association.

11. Are you a referral service?
No, all construction is done by Jacksonville contractors who are a part of the experienced team of construction contractors that the company uses on a regular basis.
